xxxxx cool-looking and safe bike helmets for kids and teens for their school commute

Schools are just getting started in my neck of the woods, and I’ve heard from a lot of parents that their kids will be pedaling to school instead of sitting on school buses, subway cars, or carpools to get to and from school in this age of Covid. And along with a quick bike tune up to check that there is air in the tires and grease on the chain, we also recommend you check out your kids’ bike helmets to make sure they are ready to protect your kids’ precious heads in case of a fall.
If their helmet doesn’t fit properly, has been involved in a crash, or is just too “babyish” in style, check out our list of xxxxx cool bike helmets for school-age kids, tweens, and teens that they will actually wear as they go to and from school on two wheels. Where possible, we have chosen helmets with MIPS technology built into them which run approximately $20-$25 more than a regular helmet.

Helmets, especially helmets for kids, should be checked regularly to make sure they still fit properly. Thousand Bike Helmets for Teens
Our young eco-warrior teens will flip—though hopefully not off their bike—for the gorgeous, sleek, and environmentally friendly helmets from Thousand. I especially love their Chapter MIPS helmets which include a magnetic taillight for the back of the helmet and the extra protection against concussions and brain injury from MIPS technology. And with its corporate commitment to offset 110% of their carbon emissions, I know my sustainably conscious teens would appreciate that Thousand has thought about more than just the school commute when designing their helmet.
