Heart shaped box
I am an advocate of the notion that great gift wrap can make everything more special, and poking around 1000 Markets, I was happy to stumble upon the Valentines Heart Favor Box from designer Jennifer Jermantowicz of Pasaii Design Studio. The set comes with the crimson gift box, the sweet cardinal-adorned gift tag, some bakers twine and directions to get it all looking purdy. Or order the set of 8 and have the tag personalized with whatever you’d like; the studio specializes in wedding stuff so you know they know what they’re doing.
Crafty types might be able to figure out how to DIY gift boxes for Valentine’s Day, but for moms like me, I love the idea that I could order a dozen of them, bake a few trays of heart-shaped cookies to put inside, and let my daughter hand them out at her preschool.
Will I actually get around to that? Probably not. But I still love the idea. –Liz

I never thought twice about diapering my son with the eco-not-so-conscious disposable diaper. I have to admit, I thought that cloth diapers were still big cotton towels that required safety pins, manual dexterity, and a whole lot of free time.
Don’t get any sick ideas, dear readers. We’ve all seen our share of those softies and we certainly don’t need a stuffed one of THOSE laying around the house.
When my 3 year old was a newborn we planned a trip to Europe and before I could say auf viedersehn, my brain pictured all the filthy traveling potties we would encounter while changing her diaper.
